We were contacted by a customer who reported issues with their air conditioning system not cooling efficiently. Upon conducting our maintenance checks, we identified that the system was low on 410a refrigerant, a common hindrance to efficient cooling. We also found that the indoor run capacitor was out of range, another key factor that could negatively affect system efficiency. To restore the system to optimal performance, we replenished the 410a refrigerant and replaced the faulty indoor run capacitor. We're happy to report that all other components of the system are in good shape, indicating a successful service call.

We were contacted by a concerned customer whose cooling system was malfunctioning. Following a detailed examination of the unit, we discovered the issue was an overheated compressor. Despite the pressures and run capacitors being in good condition, the contact feeding power was stuck which had caused the failure. By replacing that, we have successfully rectified the error and the system is now running as expected. We're glad we could ensure the customer's cooling system is back in perfect condition. Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service is always our topmost priority.

The customer reached out to us in need of a comprehensive overhaul of their heating and cooling system. We stepped in to provide a crafted solution, installing a new 5 ton Trane split gas system in their property. This sophisticated new system was reinforced with fresh metal and an advanced hanging system in the attic, thereby ensuring stability and durability. The condenser was meticulously set up with a new disconnect and pad, facilitating not only appropriate electrical functioning, but also heightening system security. Through our meticulous workmanship and the utilization of top-tier Trane equipment, we've confidently addressed our customer's needs.

We were contacted by a commercial property experiencing issues with their cooling system. Upon arrival, we found the system sadly devoid of refrigerant and cutting out due to low pressure issues. After an in-depth analysis, we were able to locate a leak in the outdoor capillary tubes. We swiftly fixed the problem to restore the system's functionality. We utilized Trane products, known for their reliability and excellence, in the repair process to ensure top-quality service. Currently, the system is performing efficiently, providing a cool and comfortable environment once again. We were called by a concern homeowner due to lack of cooling and water in the secondary pan. On our arrival, we carried out an inspection on the home. We diagnosed and identified that the primary drain was clogged and the system was low on refrigerant. We also found out that the disconnect was not up to the proper code. Thus, we provided the necessary services using our trusty products to address these issues, ensuring optimal function of the cooling system and put everything up to code.

In response, we performed an extensive installation, ensuring everything was brand new from the hanging system and all new metal up to the outdoor condenser. The product we used was a top-notch 4 ton Trane split gas system. Delighted to provide a robust solution to their problem, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their HVAC system. The customer reached out to us with concerns about a leak in their coil system. After careful inspection, we identified the source of the problem on the indoor coil. Thankfully, their system is still under warranty, largely mitigating the issue. In order to resolve this efficiently, we have decided to replace the indoor coil completely. We will be using the Bosch 5 ton package systems coil, renowned for its quality and durability. We are now planning a prompt revisit to undertake this important work. We thank the customer for their patience and trust in our capacity to ensure their system functions optimally once again.
