HIGHLY recommend!! Our AC unit stopped working and it was over 100 degrees outside. Every company we called said they couldn't be out for a week or so to look at the unit. I came across his business card at a local business I visit and gave him a call hoping he might be able to help. He was at our house within 30 minutes. He was quick to diagnose the problem and provide a temporary fix until he could get the proper parts the next day. It was around 6pm and he had everything taken care of with what he could do by 7:30pm. He provides the option to text and is very open and honest with a time frame/pricing. He even helped fix a cosmetic issue with the unit. He was very kind and respectful during the whole process, he even cleaned up after himself, which is rare these days. The next day, he kept me updated, gave a window of his arrival and a 30 minute notice. I received the invoice that had noted everything wrong with the unit, what he fixed with photos of everything listed. Following up the next day after I paid making sure no other issues arose. I am super thankful to him and how professional he is, he saved my family from having to go stay at a hotel for the night with our toddler. I will be recommending him and his company to everyone I know. This is the first time I have experienced a AC company repair that didn't take 2-3 business days with the care and knowledge he has without breaking the bank. Again, Thank you!

I can’t recommend Heat Wave highly enough. I received awesome service. Derek is a very skilled professional And his integrity is amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a great experience hiring a service as this. The price was the best out of three comparisons he does what he says he’ll do and he does it exceptionally well.
